- All vehicles are equipped to handle wheelchair and ambulatory (walking) patients
- Wheelchair vehicles are equipped with Braun wheelchair lifts
- Each vehicle is equipped with fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and emergency triangles
- All vehicles are equipped with operating heat and air conditioning units
- All vehicles are clean and well maintained
- All vehicles have passed the Georgia DOT inspections
